Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 19, 2026
About this policy
This policy covers www.corporaltech.com, the public website operated by Rouben Ghambaryan, trading as Corporal Tech, a technology consulting business based in Los Angeles. For privacy questions, contact info@corporaltech.com. Client projects and systems may have separate agreements and privacy notices.
Information you choose to share
If you email or call, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, contact details, and project requirements. We use it to respond, discuss services, and handle the resulting business relationship. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, health records, or other sensitive information through a general inquiry.
Website inquiry form
The contact form collects your name, email address, optional website address and service selection, and message. Inquiries are stored in our private Prospector CRM and used to respond and manage the conversation. A notification is sent to our business email through Google Gmail with an inquiry reference and a link to our private inbox; the notification does not include your name, email address, website, or message. For abuse prevention, we store a keyed hash of the requesting IP address alongside the inquiry and apply submission limits; hosting request logs may separately contain IP addresses. Form contents are not sent to Google Analytics. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing. Inquiry retention and requests to access or delete information are described below.
Website visits and server logs
The hosting infrastructure processes technical request information to deliver and protect the website. Server logs can include an IP address, requested URL, request time, response status, referring page, and browser information. These records support operation, troubleshooting, and security.
Cookies, analytics, and your consent
Optional Google Analytics 4 loads only after you choose Accept analytics. Declining does not affect access to the website, and no Google Analytics requests are sent before consent or after declining. We store your choice in browser local storage for up to 180 days. Use Cookie preferences in the footer to change it. Withdrawing consent stops future collection and removes the Google Analytics cookies accessible to this site; it does not erase information already processed by Google. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals keep optional analytics off, even if you previously accepted.
What analytics measures
When you accept, Google processes page views, session and device/browser information, approximate location derived from network information, email and phone link clicks, form starts, selected service categories and successful contact-form submissions when JavaScript is enabled. A contact click measures interest, not a completed inquiry. The submission event is sent only after the server confirms the inquiry was saved. Service categories come from a fixed list. Names, email addresses, website addresses, message contents and demonstration edits are not sent to analytics. Page URLs omit query strings and fragments, and referring URLs are reduced to their origin. Analytics uses first-party _ga cookies configured to expire after 90 days. We disable advertising signals, ad personalization and automatic enhanced measurement. Fonts and images remain self-hosted.
Google and international processing
Google provides analytics as our service provider and may process information on servers outside your country, including the United States. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services. We do not sell website visitor information or share it for targeted advertising. Optional account data-sharing settings are disabled.
Accessibility preferences
If you use the accessibility controls, contrast, motion, and link-display choices are stored in local storage on your device until you reset them or clear browser data. These settings are not sent to us or to Google.
Interactive demonstration
The sample operations workspace runs in your browser. Searches, project edits, task changes, and switch settings are held in page memory and are not submitted to a server. Reloading the page resets the demonstration. It is not a client portal; do not enter confidential information.
Service providers and disclosures
Hostinger provides the VPS hosting infrastructure, and Google provides business email and optional analytics. These providers process information as needed to deliver their services. Operational backups may be retained separately to support recovery. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims. Clicking an email or phone link opens your chosen application, which has its own privacy practices.
Retention and security
Inquiry information is kept as needed to handle the conversation, provide agreed services, and meet applicable recordkeeping or legal obligations. Technical logs are retained according to hosting configuration and operational needs. We use HTTPS for this website, but no online service or email channel can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct, or delete information you have provided by contacting info@corporaltech.com. We may need to verify the request and retain information where required or permitted by law. This policy does not limit rights that apply to you under applicable law.
Children
This website is intended for business inquiries, not for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it.
Updates
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. If data collection or tracking changes, the relevant disclosures and any required choices will be updated before those features are used.
